I got a list of ESL schools from my agency, and I did not know which one was the best. However, in the end, I chose PGIC without knowing anything about the school. I spent three months at the school, and I can tell that it was an experience that I am going to remember for the rest of my life. The teachers are exceptional and friendly and the staff are amazing. The students are from all over the world and there is a positive and fun environment. The school is located in the perfect spot, where everything is close by and easy to get to. As a result, my English level improved a lot during the three months that I spent there. I am currently furthering my education in business management at BCIT. I do not regret studying at PGIC and if I had to do it all over again, I would not change anything.
I studied English at PGIC in Vancouver, where I was hosted by a Canadian family. They were super nice to me and took care of me. We shared meals and many other moments together! At school, I made friends from different countries; we went out shopping and sight-seeing. We spent a lot of time together, and I now have great memories with them captured on my camera. We still chat on social media! I liked Vancouver a lot. Come fulfill your dreams in Canada.
My name is Jung Min Kim, and I came from Korea. I started at PGIC this April to improve my English because my dream was to speak English fluently. I believe that the ability to speak second language will boost my confidence and help me get a better job. I hope to become a flight attendant once I return to Korea, and English is an important requirement. I did not know which school to register at, but I preferred to be in a strict school. That is why I chose PGIC and I never regretted that decision. At the beginning, I was nervous when speaking English, but as the time went by, I started speaking English even with my Korean friends. PGIC has great teachers, and I can ask them any question. They really try to help students, and sometimes they handle our personal problems and give advice. For these reasons, I feel I am lucky to be student at PGIC Vancouver. If you want to have the same opportunities – come to PGIC. You will never regret it.
